Centrepunch Ltd endeavours at all times to make the site as accessible as reasonably possible to disabled users. In no way does Centrepunch Ltd seek to deliberately discriminate against disabled users access to the website service in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

 

SCHEME SPECIFIC Terms & Conditions.

The following guidance apples to Members and workshop users subscribing to our services.

 

StudioSpace

By entering into a StudioSpace membership a member is agreeing to the following conditions:

A Health & Safety induction must be booked and undertaken before commencing to use the workshops.

Access is permitted as per indicated on the site page, up to but not guaranteed, 6 day a week access. Subject to workshop availability and correct booking-in procedures being followed. Centrepunch reserves the right to close access on any day as required, should Health & Safety deem it necessary to do so. Users can only have access with prior permission either through the online booking facility or in writing from the Directors. No access is permitted without the correct booking process in place.

A months deposit is payable and a 3 month rolling agreement is entered into from the start . All StudioSpace fees fall due on the 1st of each month. A minimum of 1 months written notice is required on the 1st of the month to terminate the scheme and the final months payment will remain due from the member, any deposits will then be relinquished after the notice period and/or final payments due to Centrepunch have been made.

StudioSpace members will be loaned a locker for the duration of their scheme agreement, no locks are provided and security of lockers is the responsibility of the user. No designated bench is permitted unless otherwise advised by the Directors, attendees are to use the zones as indicated by the duty staff on arrival. Centrepunch are not liable for any losses of personal items and or tools, these remain the responsibility of the individual.

Any promotional periods are for the initial 3 months only, after which regular StudioSpace rates are due. The Directors may extended promotional rates at their discretion.

 

BenchSpace/Standard Membership

By entering into a BenchSpace or standard membership a member is agreeing to the following conditions:

A Membership fee and a Health & Safety induction must be booked, paid for and undertaken before commencing to use the workshops.

Access is permitted as per indicated on the site page, up to but not guaranteed, 6 days a week. Subject to workshop availability and correct booking-in procedures being followed. Centrepunch reserves the right to close access on days as required, should Health & Safety deem it necessary to do so. Users can only have access with prior permission through the online booking facility. No access is permitted without the correct booking process in place.

Membership and induction fees are for administration purposes and are non-refundable.

Any promotional rates are available for the duration as specified in any offers. The Directors may extended promotional rates at their discretion.

No lockers are provided for BenchSpace users and all personal tools and effects must be removed from the workshop at the end of each day. Centrepunch are not liable for any losses of personal items and tools of users, these remain the responsibility of the individual No designated bench is permitted and attendees are to use the zones as indicated by the duty staff on arrival.

 

In the event of misconduct, damage or criminal activity, the Directors reserve the right to terminate any Members access rights should it be necessary for the protection of other workshop users.
